摘  要:鹿尾是鹿正常生存的必需器官,具有特殊的组织结构和重要的生物学功能,能通过尾腺分泌特殊物质调控鹿体性行为、预警行为、社交行为和母性行为。鹿尾含核苷、多糖、蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪酸、激素、无机元素等多种化学成分,具有壮阳生精、免疫抗炎、增强活动机能等补益功效,已成为人们追求营养的上等食材。本文从鹿尾生物学特点及其调控、化学成分及检测方法和药理作用方面较全面的概述了鹿尾研究进展,对鹿尾功能性成分和药理功效未来的研究做出展望,为以后鹿尾的深入研究及合理利用提供依据。The deer’s tail is an essential organ for the normal survival of a deer.With a special tissue structure and important biological functions,it can regulate a deer’s sexual behavior,early warning behavior,social behavior and maternal behavior through the secretion of special substances from the tail gland.A deer’s tail contains nucleosides,polysaccharides,proteins,amino acids,fatty acids,hormones,inorganic elements and other chemical components,which have tonic effects such as strengthening yang and generating sperms,immune and anti-inflammation,enhancing activity functions and so on.As a consequence,deer’s tails have become a top-grade food material for people to pursue nutrition.This paper gives a comprehensive overview of the research progress on deer’s tails in terms of their biological characteristics and regulation,chemical components and their detection methods,and their pharmacological effects,and makes an outlook on the future research on their functional components and pharmacological effects,hoping to provide a basis for the in-depth research and rational utilization of deer’s tails in the future.
