摘　　要：随着“促进健康服务业发展”国家战略的颁布和实施,健康信息服务的重要性受到广泛关注。公共图书馆作为重要的健康信息服务主体之一,虽然经过不断发展,但其健康信息服务水平与国家战略要求之间的差距仍然十分显著。本文以公共图书馆健康信息服务为研究对象,对36所美国公共图书馆、59所中国公共图书馆开展健康信息服务的现状进行梳理,并从服务对象、基础资源、服务策略、服务主体、保障机制等维度进行比较,旨在借鉴美国公共图书馆相对完善的健康信息服务方法和模式,为我国公共图书馆健康信息服务的高质量发展提供科学参考,指导国内公共图书馆积极发挥自身信息资源与知识服务优势,为广大群众提供更加全面、可靠的健康信息实现其健康生活。Based on the national strategic goal of promoting the development of health service industry,the importance of health information service has attracted extensive attention.As one of the important health information service subjects,although the public library has developed continuously,the gap between its health information service level and the national strategic requirements is still very significant.Taking the health information service of public libraries as the research object,this paper combs the current situation of health information service in 36 American public libraries and 59 Chinese public libraries,and compares it from the dimensions of service object,basic resources,service strategy,service subject and guarantee mechanism,in order to learn from the relatively perfect health information service methods and models of American public libraries,It provides scientific reference for the high-quality development of health information service of public libraries in China,guides domestic public libraries to give full play to their own resources and service advantages,provides more comprehensive and reliable health information for the masses,and realizes their healthy life.
