摘 要:“社会调查研究方法”课程植入翻转课堂教学的行动研究基于“计划-行动-考察-反思”的基本研究路径,以课前知识习得、课上知识内化、课后知识迁移为行动方案,展开过程性和结果性考察反思。研究结果表明,作为一种“先学后教,以学定教”的现代教学模式,翻转课堂在生本教育理念、师生互动教学和能力培养效果方面优势明显,同时也对学习者和教育者提出了更高的教学挑战。The action research that implants the"Social Survey Research Methods"course into the flipped classroom teaching is based on the research path of"planning-action-investigation-reflection".Taking"acquisition of knowledge before class,internalization of knowledge in class,and transfer of knowledge after class as the action plan,the author carried out procedural and consequential investigation and reflection.The research results show that the flipped classroom,as a modern teaching mode of"learning first,teaching later,and teaching based on learning",has obvious advantages in student-based education,teacher-student interactive teaching and ability training effects,which also has significant advantages for learners and students.Educators present higher teaching challenges.
