摘 要:目的探讨护士软技能式护理联合五微教育在儿科静脉输液中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月南方医科大学附属小榄人民医院儿科收治的80例行静脉输液患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。2组患儿均采用基础护理,在此基础上,对照组患儿接受五微教育,观察组患儿接受护士软技能式护理联合五微教育。比较2组患儿的静脉输液依从性、健康教育认可度、护理不良事件发生率,以及干预前后的护理软技能水平。结果干预后,观察组的静脉输液总依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的健康教育认可度各项评分均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组的护理不良事件总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组的护理软技能测评量表各维度评分和总分均显著高于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论软技能式护理联合五微教育能够提高行静脉输液患儿的输液依从性和健康教育认可度,降低护理不良事件发生率,提高护理人员的护理软技能水平。Objective To explore the application effect of nurses’soft skill nursing combined with five-micro education on pediatric intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 80 children who received intravenous infusion treatment in the Department of Pediatrics at Xiaolan People’s Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)by using a random number table.Both of the two groups received basic nursing.On this basis,the control group received five-micro education,and the observation group received soft skill nursing combined with five-micro education.The intravenous infusion compliance,health education recognition,incidence of nursing adverse events,and the level of nursing soft skills before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the total compliance rate of intravenous infusion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions of health education recognition in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions and total scores of nursing soft skill evaluation scale in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Soft skill nursing combined with five-micro education can improve the compliance of intravenous infusion and the recognition of health education in children receiving intravenous infusion treatment,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,and improve the level of nursing soft skills of nurses.
