中西医结合护理在接受化学药物治疗晚期肺癌患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合护理对接受化学药物治疗(简称“化疗”)晚期肺癌患者的干预效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于福建医科大学附属肿瘤医院接受化疗的100例晚期肺癌患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者接受西医护理,观察组患者接受中西医结合护理。比较2组患者在化疗期间发生的不良反应、护理满意率和症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分。结果护理后,观察组的消化道反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组间口腔溃疡、白细胞减少和肝功能异常发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组的护理总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的SCL-90各因子分值(躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性)和总分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理能够减少晚期肺癌患者在化疗期间产生的不良反应,同时提高患者的护理满意率,改善其心理情绪。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced lung cancer who were treated with chemotherapy at Fujian Medical University Cancer Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction rate and symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)scores during chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of oral ulcer,leukopenia and abnormal liver function between the two groups(all P>0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total scores and scores of various items of SCL-90(somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationships,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia and psychosis)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with advanced lung cancer can reduce the adverse reactions during chemotherapy,improve the satisfaction rate of nursing and improve their emotions.
