循证护理结合耳穴压豆对系统性红斑狼疮患者心理状态和生活质量的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理结合耳穴压豆对系统性红斑狼疮患者心理状态和生活质量的干预效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年6月福建省立医院收治的108例系统性红斑狼疮患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上接受循证护理结合耳穴压豆。比较2组患者的焦虑或抑郁状态、生活质量、炎症水平、再住院率和疾病复发率。结果护理后,2组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著低于同组护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组的健康调查量表36(SF-36)各项评分均显著高于同组护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平均显著低于同组护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的再住院率和疾病复发率均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论循证护理结合耳穴压豆能改善系统性红斑狼疮患者的心理状态和生活质量,下调其炎症水平,降低复发率和再住院率。Objective To explore the intervention effect of evidence-based nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressing with beans on psychological state and quality of life in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods A total of 108 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who were treated at Fujian Provincial Hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressing with beans on the basis of routine nursing.The anxiety or depression status,quality of life,inflammation levels,readmission rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions of 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-2(IL-2)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing(all P<0.05),and the levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).The readmission rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressing with beans can improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,reduce the inflammation levels,and reduce the recurrence rate and readmission rate.
