摘　　要：以废旧小型载客汽车精细化拆解为突破口,提出一种新型拆解生产线设计,借助拆解设备使其按照一定的工艺路线顺序完成拆解作业。文章从系统结构、技术原理及功能实现等方面进行了阐述,验证其拆解线的先进性、可靠性、实用性,实现废旧汽车处理模式“流程化、机械化、智能化”,形成具有中国特色的汽车拆解体系。Taking the green dismantling of used small passenger cars as a breakthrough, a new green disassembly line is proposed to pass through multiple stations in sequence according to a certain process route, and complete the dismantling operation with the help of equipment. The article expounded the system structure, technical principle and function realization, and validated the advanced nature, reliability and practicability of the disassembly line. The "process,mechanization and intelligence " of waste automobile treatment mode is realized and an automobile disassembly system with Chinese characteristics is formed in the present study.
