摘 要:以某综合污水处理厂浓缩压滤后的污泥为研究对象,采用了硫酸/硝酸混合液作浸提剂、翻转振荡(HJ/T 299—2007)和去离子水作浸提剂、水平振荡(HJ 557—2010)两种浸提方法,通过检测污泥浸出液中铅、镉、砷、铬、铜、锌、镍、铍、钡、硒等重金属元素的定量结果,研究了该污泥样品中多种重金属元素的浸出变化特性和规律。结果表明:相对而言,砷、硒和钡元素更适于用HJ 557—2010方法进行浸提;铜、铍和铬元素用HJ/T 299—2007方法的浸提效率远高于HJ 557—2010方法;锌元素用HJ 557—2010方法的浸提量略高于HJ/T 299—2007方法。This paper took the sludge from industrial and domestic sewage treatment plants as the research subject.The characteristics and variation of leaching quantity in the sludge samples were studied by two leaching methods for extracting heavy metals. One method is HJ/T299—2007(sulfuric acid/nitric acid mixture as extractant, and turning shaking), another is HJ557—2010(deionized water as extractant, and horizontal shaking). Experimental result showed that the amount of arsenic, selenium and barium leached by HJ 557—2010 method is relatively larger, and the extraction efficiency of the HJ/T 299—2007 method for copper, beryllium and chromium is much higher than the HJ 557—2010method.In addition, the quantities of zinc leached by HJ 557—2010 method is slightly higher than that of the HJ/T 299—2007 method.
