摘　　要：羊肚菌是一种珍贵的食药用真菌,人工栽培效益高,市场前景广阔。现阶段羊肚菌人工栽培规模不断增加,相应的栽培技术也不断发展,但羊肚菌规范化、标准化栽培技术还有待于提升。从羊肚菌品种选择、大棚搭建、整地、播种、营养袋投放、生态条件调控、病虫害防治、采收及羊肚菌加工保存等方面对羊肚菌大田栽培关键技术进行总结,为羊肚菌规模化栽培技术研究和技术推广提供参考。Morchella spp.was a kind of precious edible and medicinal fungi,with high artificial cultivation economic benefits and broad market prospect.At the present stage,the scale of Morchella spp.artificial cultivation is constantly increasing,and the corresponding cultivation techniques are also constantly developing,but the standardized cultivation techniques still need to be improved.This paper summarized the key techniques of Morchella spp.field cultivation from Morchella spp.variety selection,greenhouse construction,land preparation,planting,nutritional bag delivery,ecological condition control,plant diseases and insect pests control,Morchella spp.harvesting and processing and preservation,and so on,to provide reference for the research and technical promotion of large-scale cultivation technology of Morchella spp.
