摘  要:GB/T 19361-2003《电火花线切割机(单向走丝型)精度检验》实施近18年,对我国单向走丝电火花线切割机床的自主研发起到了引领性的促进作用。随着新版国际标准的发布,部分几何精度的允差值提高了30%~50%,部分定位精度的允差值提高了20%~40%,表明国外高端机床的制造技术普遍得到提高,市场对高品质机床的需求愈加强烈。新版GB/T 19361-2021等同采用国际标准,通过对比分析标准的主要技术差异,论证了检验方法的科学性和指标的先进性,进而为我国企业研制单向走丝电火花线切割机床并促进制造水平和机床质量的提高、更好地理解和使用标准提供统一的规范化指导,为助力我国高端装备制造业的发展做出贡献。GB/T 19361-2003 “Wire electrical discharge machines(unidirectional traveling type)-Testing of the accuracy” has been implemented for nearly 18 years,which has played a leading role in promoting the independent research and development of unidirectional traveling WEDM in China.With the issue of the new international standard,the tolerances of some geometric accuracy has increased by 30%~50%,and the tolerances of some positioning accuracy has increased by 20%~40%,which indicated that the manufacturing technology of foreign advanced machine tools has been generally improved and the market demand for high-quality machine tools has become stronger. The new version GB/T 19361-2021 is equivalent to international standard,and the scientificalness of test method and advantage of target were demonstrated through the comparative analysis of the main technical differences of the standard. This will provide a unified and standardized guidance for Chinese enterprises to develop unidirectional traveling WEDM machine tools and promote the improvement of manufacturing level and quality of machine tool. Meanwhile,it will promote technicians to better understand and use the standards,and contributed to the development of Chinese advanced equipment manufacturing industry.
