摘　　要：为提高盾构隧道施工的自动化作业水平和工程质量,进一步推动管片生产技术的发展,基于“盾构隧道快速连接件及其应用体系研究”项目,研发了预制混凝土衬砌管片用纵向、环向快速连接件及专用管片生产工艺,可为新型盾构隧道结构设计和工程应用提供技术支撑。In order to improve the automatic operation level and engineering quality of shield tunnel construction and further promote the development of segment production technology,based on the project of Research on shield tunnel quick connector and its application system,the production technologies of fast longitudinal and circumferential connectors for precast concrete lining segments and special segments are developed in order to provide a technical support for the structural design and engineering application of new shield tunnel.
