摘 要:采用高能电子束研究不同吸收剂量对二聚酸型聚酰胺结构及性能的影响。结果表明:随着吸收剂量的增加,二聚酸型聚酰胺分子结构中C=C参与辐射交联,二聚酸型聚酰胺的软化点、凝胶含量、旋转黏度升高明显,同时差示扫描量热法(DSC)的熔融峰T_(m)向高温移动,DSC熔融焓ΔH_(m)有下降的趋势。由流变学数据可知,随着吸收剂量增加,黏度η和G'与G"的交点对应温度T_(j)升高明显,当吸收剂量为0 kGy时,黏度η为(195±5)Pa·s,T_(j)为118.2℃;当吸收剂量升高到120 kGy时,黏度η升高到(1500±50)Pa·s,T_(j)达到144.7℃。Using a high-energy electron beam to study the influence of different absorbed doses on the structure and performance of dimeric acid polyamide.Fourier infrared spectroscopy confirmed that the C=C bond participated in the crosslinking reaction during the radiation process.With a increase in the absorbed doses,the softening point,gel content,rotational viscosity,and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)melting peak T_(m) increased significantly,while the data of DSC melting enthalpy ΔH_(m) declined slightly.According to the results of rheological data,as the absorbed doses increases,the viscosityηand the corresponding temperature T_(j) of the intersection of G'and G"increasing significantly,viscosityηand T_(j) were(195±5)Pa·s and 118.2℃,respectively,without the treatment of electron beam treatment.These values increased to(1500±50)Pa·s and 144.7℃,respectively,with an absorbed dose of 120 kGy.
