摘　　要：利用BIM技术核心建模软件Revit Architecture和Revit MEP分别建立项目的土建和工艺管线模型,结合软件的图纸输出、碰撞检测、明细表等功能,对项目模型进行效果展示,施工材料工程量统计,管线之间以及管线和构筑物之间碰撞分析。指出BIM模型可以导出平面及剖面图纸,同时生成三维图纸,有利于项目成果展示;模型可以根据需要提取管线及构筑物工程量,有利于整个工程项目施工组织的编制和实施;软件提供的碰撞检测功能可以方便地找出预留孔洞的位置,对设备间基础及机电管线合理布置有很好的指引作用。The civil engineering and process pipeline models of the project are established by using the core modeling software Revit Architecture and Revit MEP of BIM Technology. Combined with the drawing output, collision detection, list and other functions of the software, the effect of the project model is displayed, the quantities of construction materials are counted, and the collision between pipelines and structures is analyzed. It is pointed out that BIM model can export plane and section drawings and generate three-dimensional drawings at the same time, which is conducive to the display of project results;The model can extract the quantities of pipelines and structures according to needs, which is conducive to the preparation and implementation of the construction organization of the whole project;The collision detection function provided by the software can easily find out the position of reserved holes, and has a good guiding role for the rational layout of equipment room foundation and electromechanical pipelines.
