“双高计划”建设重点与实施路径分析

摘　　要：“双高计划”是践行国家教育强国战略的必然要求、引领高职院校优质教育发展的方向标杆、契合行业和企业人才发展的现实需求、提升高职学生专业技能的有效途径。在高水平院校建设层面,高职院校要主动对接服务国家重大战略决策,坚持立德树人办学理念,强化产教融合,打造双师型队伍,树立创新性思维,加强信息化管理。在高水平专业建设层面,高职院校要形成灵活的专业动态调节机制,建立完善的行业发展需求体系,制定全面的专业交流学习制度,打造优秀的专业教学师资队伍,配备齐全的专业学习硬件设施,提供优质的专业科学研究平台。要将高水平院校与高水平专业建设两个概念模型相融合,形成高水平高职院校建设和高水平专业建设的联动机制,提高院校核心竞争力。The “double high plan” is an inevitable requirement for implementing the strategy of strengthening the country through education, a benchmark for leading the development of high-quality education in higher vocational colleges, an effective way to meet the actual needs of industry and enterprise talent development, and to improve the professional skills of higher vocational students. At the construction level of high-level colleges and universities, it is necessary to actively connect and serve major national strategic decisions, adhere to morality and cultivate people, strengthen the integration of production and education, build a double-qualified team, establish innovative thinking, and strengthen information management. At the level of high-level professional construction, it is necessary to form a flexible professional dynamic adjustment mechanism, establish a sound industry development demand system, formulate a comprehensive professional exchange and learning system, build an excellent professional teaching faculty, and be equipped with complete professional learning hardware facilities to provide high-quality professional scientific research platform. It is necessary to integrate the two conceptual models of high-level colleges and high-level professional construction, form a linkage mechanism for high-level vocational college construction and high-level professional construction, and enhance the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.
