摘　　要：本文基于dSPACE平台进行了永磁同步电机控制器(MCU)的硬件在环仿真,测试结果表明:该MCU硬件在环系统能够较好地模拟电机真实运行工况,使MCU开发阶段快速、高效地检测控制器软硬件缺陷,减少实车测试阶段的Bug数量,降低MCU开发成本,加快研发进度。In this paper, The control board of permanent magnet synchronous motor controller hardware in the loop simulation test on dSPACE platform is completed. Many experiments results show that the MCU hardware in the loop motor system can well simulate the real operation condition, the MCU development of fast and efficient detection controller hardware and software defects, reduce the number of bugs commissioning test phase, reduce the MCU development costs, speed up the development progress.
