摘  要:我国每年产生的醋酸乙烯合成废催化剂多达数千吨,对废催化剂再生技术进行研究具有潜在的经济价值和重要的现实意义。针对醋酸乙烯合成废催化剂的再生,采用传统热处理和添加活性组分相结合的方法,重点研究了热处理过程中气氛和温度对废催化剂再生过程的影响,运用N_(2)物理吸附、元素分析(EA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)和热重分析(TGA)等手段对再生催化剂前体进行了表征分析,并对再生催化剂进行了催化性能评价。结果表明,选用CO_(2)和水蒸气混合气氛,900℃进行热处理,结合活性组分补加后得到的再生催化剂性能最佳,其比表面积达到971 m^(2)/g,锌质量分数达到13.0%,空时收率达到38.6 g/(L·h),接近醋酸乙烯合成新催化剂的催化性能水平。In China, thousands of tons of spent catalysts for vinyl acetate synthesis were generated every year. And the study of regeneration technology for the spent catalyst is of potential economic value and important practical significance. Aiming at the regeneration of spent catalyst, the effects of atmosphere and temperature on the regeneration of spent catalyst during heat treatment were studied by the combination of the conventional thermal treatment and addition of active components. The precursors of regenerated catalyst were characterized and analyzed by N_(2)physisorption, elemental analysis(EA), X-ray diffraction(XRD),inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA), and the catalytic performance of the regenerated catalyst was evaluated. The results show that the regenerated catalyst has the best performance after heat treatment at 900 °C in a mixed atmosphere of CO_(2)and steam. Under the best regeneration conditions, the regenerated catalyst has a specific surface area of 971 m^(2)/g, a mass fraction of zinc of 13.0% and a space-time yield of 38.6 g/(L·h), which is close to the catalytic performance of the new catalyst for vinyl acetate synthesis.
