摘 要:对天然气制氢过程的碳排放进行分析计算是探索其碳减排路径的基础。介绍了3种典型的天然气制氢工艺,对天然气蒸汽转化制氢工艺和蒸汽转化+CCS制氢工艺进行了碳排放分析;给出了制氢过程二氧化碳排放量的计算模型,计算得到某10000 m^(2)/h(标准状况)天然气蒸汽转化制氢装置的碳排放量(生产单位质量氢气排放的CO_(2)量)为10.112 kg/kg;分析了蒸汽转化制氢中影响碳排放的因素,提出了开发高效蒸汽转化催化剂、优化制氢装置热量平衡和增加CCS装置是降低天然气蒸汽转化制氢过程碳排放的有效途径。The analysis and calculation of carbon emission in the process of hydrogen production from natural gas is the basis for exploring the path of carbon emission reduction. Three typical hydrogen production processes from natural gas were introduced, and the carbon emission of hydrogen production by natural gas steam reforming and steam reforming coupled with CCS was analyzed.The calculation model of carbon dioxide emission in hydrogen production process was given, according to the model, the carbon emission(CO_(2)emission per unit mass of hydrogen produced) of a 10000 m^(2)/h(standard conditions) natural gas steam reforming hydrogen production unit is 10.112 kg/kg. The factors affecting the carbon emission of hydrogen production by steam reforming were analyzed, and it is proposed that developing high-efficiency steam reforming catalyst, optimizing heat balance of hydrogen production unit and increasing CCS unit are effective ways to reduce carbon emission of hydrogen production.
