摘  要:在火山岩气田中,国内常采用部分干气循环工艺(RSV)从天然气中回收乙烷,其操作参数间的关系不明确,而不恰当的操作参数会导致乙烷收率降低和系统能耗升高等问题。为找到RSV工艺最佳的操作参数,基于HYSYS模拟软件建立了天然气乙烷回收模型,分别对工艺中干气回流比、低温分离器气相过冷比、低温分离器入口温度和膨胀机出口压力4个关键操作参数进行分析,得出了各参数的取值范围。进一步以新疆油田克拉美丽凝析气田为实例,采用响应面分析法对上述参数取值进行了优化。优化后,乙烷收率提高了1.76%,乙烷产量提高了2.33%,乙烷产品比功耗减少了2.02%。In volcanic gas fields, Recycle Split Vapor(RSV) process is often used to recover ethane from natural gas in China. But the relationship between its operating parameters is not clear, and improper operating parameters will lead to lower ethane yield and higher system energy consumption. In order to find the best operating parameters of RSV process, a model was established based on HYSYS simulation software. The four key operating parameters in the process were analyzed, including dry gas reflux ratio, gas phase subcooling ratio of low-temperature separator, inlet temperature of low-temperature separator and outlet pressure of expander,and the value range of each parameter was obtained. Taking Kelameli condensate field in Xinjiang Oilfield as an example, the above parameters were optimized by Response Surface Methodology. After optimization, the ethane recovery increases by 1.76%, the ethane output increases by 2.33%, and the specific power consumption of ethane products decreases by 2.02%.
