摘　　要：本文将海因里希法则与交通安全管理实践进行深度融合,最终形成完善的国省道路交通安全管理与事故预防策略,从工程技术、行业管理、安全执法以及宣传教育等多方面共同作用,对减少国省道交通安全隐患和危险度、控制交通事故数量和损害后果具有重要的理论研究意义,对拓展交通安全管理思维、进行交通事故预防实践具有广泛的推广价值。This paper deeply integrates Heinrich's law with the practice of traffic safety management,and finally forms a comprehensive national and provincial road traffic safety management and accident prevention strategy,which has important theoretical research significance to reduce the hidden dangers and risks of road traffic safety on national and provincial roads and control the number and damage consequences of traffic accidents through the combined effects of engineering technology,industry management,traffic safety law enforcement,publicity and education,and which also has extensive promotion value for expanding the traffic safety management thinking and implementing the traffic accident prevention practice.
