摘　　要：呕吐毒素(Vomitoxin)又称脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(Deoxynivalenol,DON),是危害饲料安全的霉菌毒素之一,是作物感染了禾谷镰刀菌导致的。禾谷类作物在田间、收获、运输、储存的过程中均易感染禾谷镰刀菌,从而产生呕吐毒素。呕吐毒素不易脱毒,因此在饲料原料验收过程中要严格把控,从源头上减少饲料的呕吐毒素污染。笔者通过对比潍坊中基饲料有限公司2021年1—10月份收购的小麦原料样品的呕吐毒素检测数据,分析不同地区小麦的呕吐毒素含量,从而为后续饲料小麦的采购与应用提供指导。Vomitoxin is also known as deoxynivalenol(DON). It’s one of the mycotoxins that endanger feed safety, which is caused by the infection of crops with Fusarium graminearum. Cereal crops were susceptible to Fusarium graminearum infection during field, harvesting, transportation and storage, resulting in the production of DON. DON is not easily to detoxify. Therefore, in the process of feed raw material acceptance, it would be strictly controlled, thus the risk of DON pollution in animal feed should be ruduced. By comparing the DON detection data of wheat raw material samples acquired by Weifang Zhongji Feed Co., Ltd. from January to October 2021, the DON contents of wheat in different regions were analyzed, so as to provide guidances for the subsequent procurement and application of feed wheat.
