摘　　要：采用60 t BOF-LF-150 mm×150 mm连铸线材轧制工艺,通过优化转炉冶炼工艺,控制精炼渣碱度2~4,控制中间包钢水过热度15~30℃,控制精轧温度880±20℃等工艺措施,生产出了平均抗拉强度1009 MPa,断面收缩率41.8%,脱碳层<0.10 mm的Φ10.0 mm 65Mn盘条,盘条各项性能均满足用户的需求。By 60 t BOF-LF-150 mm×150 mm continuous casting billet-wire rod rolling process,using the process measures including optimizing BOF smelting process,controlling refining slag basicity 2~4,and superheat degree of molten steel in tundish 15~30℃,and control rolling-cooling process with finishing temperate 880±20℃.Φ10.0 mm 65Mn wire rod with average tensile strength 1009 MPa,reduction area 41.8%,and depth of decarburization layer<0.10 mm was produced.The indicate fully meet customer requirements.
