摘  要:为了研究MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)比对烧结矿的烧结性能和冶金性能的影响,开展不同MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)比烧结杯及冶金性能试验,结果表明:随MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)比逐步升高,烧结矿的烧结性能、还原度及软熔滴落性能等指标逐步变差,且MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)比超过1.83后变差程度明显。主要原因是随着MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)比的增加,烧结矿中含镁磁铁矿含量逐渐增加,复合铁酸钙含量逐渐下降所致。In order to study the influence of MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)ratio on sintering properties and metallurgical properties of sinter,experiments on sintering cup and metallurgical properties of sinter with different MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)ratio were carried out.The results show that with the increase of MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)ratio,the sintering properties,reduction degree and soft melt dropping properties of sinter gradually deteriorate,and the deterioration degree is obvious when MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)ratio exceeds 1.83.The main reason is that with the increase of MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)ratio,the content of magnesia bearing magnetite in sinter gradually increases and the content of compound calcium ferrite gradually decreases.
