摘　　要：介绍了酒钢120 t转炉低铁耗生产条件下,为保证基本的钢水温度、成分,对转炉的主要操作制度进行了操作方法的改进,对造渣制度、温度制度、成分控制、炉况维护等方面进行了分析,提出了改进方法,并在实际的应用过程中取得了良好的效果。Under the low iron consumption production conditions of JISCO 120 t converter,the operating system of the converter such as the slagging system,temperature system,composition control and of maintenance furnace condition was improved for ensuring stability of the temperature and composition of molten steel,the improved method has achieved good results in the actual application process.
