摘　　要：白银炼铜法各项技术经济指标逐步完善,趋于成熟,通过多年的生产实践表明,白银炼铜法仍然存在多方面不足与待改进的地方。为进一步探索提升白银炉产能及技术经济指标的方法,以期实现产能提升目标,本次改造通过研究论证、调整并优化生产工艺参数、炉体砌筑改造等技术手段;白银熔池熔炼技术指标较以往相比均取得突破,使其白银炼铜法的工艺技术达到铜冶炼行业先进水平。The Baiyin smelting copper method was developed in 1972,and various technical and economic indicators were gradually improved and matured.However,through years of production practice,it has been shown that the Baiyin copper smelting method still has many problems and areas for improvement;through research and demonstration,adjustment and optimization of production process parameters,furnace masonry reconstruction and other technical means;the technical parameters of Baiyin molten pool smelting have made breakthroughs compared with the past,making the technology of Baiyin copper smelting method reach the advanced level of copper smelting industry.
