摘　　要：通过对材料使用工况环境和使用性能要求的分析,进行合理钢种成分、工艺路线设计和工艺优化试验,生产出满足表面质量和性能要求的中高端汽车装饰用超纯铁素体不锈钢,并对组织、性能等进行了测试,各项指标满足用户和标准需求,产品已替代进口材料成功批量应用于国内最大的汽车装饰条生产企业。Through the analysis of the working conditions and performance requirements of materials,the reasonable steel composition and process route were designed and process optimization test were carried out.The ultra pure ferritic stainless steel for middle and high-end automobile decoration satisfying the surface quality and performance requirements were produced.The structure and performance are tested.All indexes meet the requirements of users and standards,the products have been used in batch instead of imported materials in the largest automobile decorative strip production enterprises in China.
