摘　　要：分析了高压旁路阀长期内漏原因分析及处理,通过对高压旁路阀阀芯、阀座密封面进行光谱材质分析,重新堆焊STL硬质合金层,进行相应对热处理,消除焊接应力提升性能,进行精加工,用专用工具进行研磨,压线验收回装,阀杆行程调试。保证设备问题得到控制及解决,减少阀后管道热疲劳,减少蒸汽损耗率,提高机组运行效率转换,增加机组运行的经济效益,进而降低机组运行安全风险,节约煤耗的目标。Analyzes the analysis and treatment of long-term leakage of high pressure bypass valve,spectral material analysis of high pressure bypass valve core and valve seat sealing surface,rewelding STL carbide layer,performs corresponding heat treatment,eliminating welding stress improvement performance,fine processing,grinding with special tools,pressure line check and installation,valve rod stroke debugging.The goal of ensuring that the equipment problems are controlled and solved,reduce the pipe heat fatigue after the valve,reduce the steam loss rate,improve the economic efficiency conversion of unit operation,and thus reduce the safety risk of unit operation and saving coal consumption.
