乳腺触诊成像系统在乳腺疾病早期筛查中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:评估乳腺触诊成像系统(Sure Tucho成像系统)在乳腺疾病早期筛查中的临床应用价值。方法:收集2018年1月—2021年2月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院健康管理中心同时接受临床触诊、乳腺触诊成像检查、彩超3项检查,并已接受临床手术治疗(病理确诊)的乳腺疾病患者275例,对检查结果进行对比分析。结果:275例患者中,经病理诊断确诊为乳腺癌者23例、巨大分叶状肿瘤患者3例、良性病变患者249例。乳腺触诊成像检查诊断乳腺癌患者26例,其中19例患者诊断结果与病理诊断结果一致,乳腺触诊成像检查结果与病理诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.727)。采用乳腺触诊成像系统检出乳腺占位患者241例,检出率为87.64%;乳腺超声检出乳腺占位患者226例,检出率为82.18%;乳腺临床触诊检出乳腺占位患者153例,检出率为55.64%。结论:乳腺触诊成像系统使现代乳腺检查技术更加完善,对于乳腺疾病的鉴别有一定的临床价值,能够作为乳腺癌早期筛查、诊断的重要补充。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical application of palpation imaging system in early screening of breast diseases.METHODS 275 patients with breast lesion involved from January 2018 to February 2021 in the health management center.All patients were examined for three methods at the same time,including clinical touch,breast palpation imaging and color ultrasound.All patients had definite clinical pathological diagnosis during follow up.RESULTS Among the 275 cases,23 cases of breast cancer,3 cases of giant lobulated tumor,249 cases of benign lesions were confirmed by clinical operation and pathology.26 cases of breast cancer were diagnosed by breast palpation imaging examination,19 cases were consistent with pathological diagnosis,and there was no statistical significance in the difference between breast palpation imaging examination and pathological diagnosis(P=0.727).241 cases of breast space were detected by breast palpation imaging,with a detection rate of 87.64%.There were 226 cases of breast lesions detected by breast ultrasound,and the detection rate was 82.18%.Clinical palpation detected breast space in 153 cases,and the detection rate was 55.64%.CONCLUSION Breast palpation imaging was an efficient breast examination technology and had certain clinical value for the differentiation of breast diseases,which could be used as an important supplement for early diagnosis of breast diseases.
