摘  要:基于3种沙棘叶片解剖结构比较其耐寒性差异,以期为沙棘(Hippophae)属植物替代分布提供数据支撑。选取四川若尔盖县分布的3种沙棘属植物西藏沙棘(H.tibetana)、肋果沙棘(H.neurocarpa)、中国沙棘(H.rhamnoides)为试验材料,采用常规石蜡切片法制作叶片横切面永久装片,测量叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅海比、叶片组织结构紧密度、叶片组织结构疏松度等指标,并采用隶属函数法综合评价3种沙棘的耐寒性。结果表明:3种沙棘叶片均属异面叶,由表皮、叶肉和叶脉构成,其中栅海比、叶片厚度、上下表皮厚度之比、维管束厚度等在不同种间表现出明显差异。通过隶属函数对9个指标进行综合评价,其耐寒性强弱依次为西藏沙棘、肋果沙棘、中国沙棘。In this paper,three species of Hippophae rhamnoides,namely H.tibetana,H.neurocarpa,and H.rhamnoides,in Ruoergai county of Sichuan province were selected to compare their differences in cold tolerance based on their leaf anatomical structure so as to provide data support for the alternative distribution of H.rhamnoides.The indexes of leaf thickness,upper epidermis thickness,lower epidermis thickness,palisade tissue thickness,spongy tissue thickness,palisade tissue sponge tissue ratio,leaf structure compactness(CTR) and leaf structure looseness(SR) were measured by paraffin sectioning method,and the cold tolerance of these three species was evaluated by the method of affiliation function.The results show that the three species of H.rhamnoides all have bifacial leaves composed of epidermis,mesophyll and veins.There were significant differences among them in sea barrier ratio,leaf thickness,upper and lower epidermis ratio and vascular bundle.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of 9 indexes by affiliation function,the order of cold tolerance was as follows:H.tibetana > H.neurocarpa > H.rhamnoides.
