灵武长枣果实外观性状分析

摘　　要：以种植在宁夏大学实验农场的7年生灵武长枣为材料,从植株的不同冠层采集成熟期的果实,测定上、中、下3个冠层果实的纵横径、果型指数、单果质量、不同冠层果实数、产量等指标,分析灵武长枣果实大小和形态差异,探究其果实外观性状指标的分布特征。结果表明:灵武长枣果实的纵横径、单果质量、果形指数均呈现正态分布,试验地果实纵径20~62 mm,平均42.1 mm,变异系数为14.6%;横径15~40 mm,平均24.6 mm,变异系数为16.4%;果形指数1.1~2.21,平均1.75,变异系数为9.3%;单果质量4.4~33.3 g,平均为14.1 g,变异系数为34.5%;不同冠层间的果实产量和外观性状指标无显著差异;果实外观性状指标间具有一定的相关性。The fruits were collected at maturity from different canopies of the trees of 7-year-old Lingwuchangzao planted in the experimental farm of Ningxia University,and the longitudinal and transverse diameters,fruit shape index,single fruit weight,number of fruits in different canopies and yield of the fruits in the upper,middle and lower canopies were measured to analyze the differences in fruit size and morphology of Lingwuchangzao,and to explore the distribution characteristics of fruit appearances.The results showed that the longitudinal and transverse diameters,single fruit weight and fruit shape index of Lingwuchangzao fruit were normally distributed.The fruit longitudinal diameter ranged from 20 mm to 62 mm,with an average of 42.1 mm and a coefficient of variation of 14.6%,while the transverse diameter ranged from 15 mm to 40mm,with an average of 24.6 mm and a coefficient of variation of 16.4%.The fruit shape index ranged from 1.1 to 2.21,with an average of 1.75 and a coefficient of variation of 9.3%.The single fruit weight ranged from 4.4 g to 33.3 g,with an average of 14.1 g and a coefficient of variation of 34.5%.There was no significant difference in fruit yield and appearance traits among different canopies.There was some correlation among fruit appearance trait indexes.
