摘 要:采用随机区组试验设计,研究不同钾肥处理对苹果产量和品质的影响。结果表明:不同钾肥处理产量为18 550.2~20 975.3 kg/hm^(2),且不同钾肥处理对苹果的含糖量、果形指数、硬度、总酸度均有一定影响。其中,追施KCl处理的产量最高,较CK增加了13.07%;含糖量为13.25%,属极高等级;总酸度为0.27%,属于低等级;糖酸比最大,为48.7;硬度为10.54 kg/cm^(2),属于极高等级;果形指数为1.05,为于长圆形。In order to provide theoretical basis for the rational application of potash in apple cultivation,a random field trial was carried out to study the effect of different potassium fertilizers on apple yield and quality in Qingyang,Gansu province.The results showed that the apple yield with different potash treatments ranged from 18 550.2 kg/hm^(2) to 20 975.3 kg/hm^(2),and different potash treatments had certain effects on sugar content,fruit shape index,hardness and total acidity of apple.KCl treatment had the best performance.The highest apple yield was obtained with the KCl treatment,13.07% higher compared to CK;the sugar content was13.25%,belonging to a very high grade;the total acidity was 0.27%,which is low;the sugar to acid ratio was the largest at 48.7;the hardness was 10.54 kg/cm^(2),a very high grade;and the fruit shape index was 1.05,an oblong shape.
