摘  要:城市的发展以及区域面貌的改善与提质,需要规划及建筑设计师的共同努力。以广州某高级住宅小区的设计过程为例,阐述处于城市节点区域的建筑设计应在遵循城市规划设计理念的前提下,坚持以人为本,谋求人为环境与周边环境的有机融合,互利共生发展的理念。在设计过程中通过多方面比较优化,力求将建筑对自然空间环境的影响降低到最小,并在自然资源利用过程中实现效益最大化。借由项目的实例演示,验证环境共生理念在外部空间规划中的可行性,展现环境共生设计理念对实现可持续发展的重要作用。The development of cities and the improvement and improvement of regional appearance require the joint efforts of planners and architects.Taking the design process of a high-end residential community in Guangzhou as an example,it is elaborated that the architectural design in the urban node area should adhere to the concept of people-oriented,seek the organic integration of the man-made environment and the surrounding environment,and the concept of mutually beneficial and symbiotic development under the premise of following the urban planning and design concept.In the design process,through multi-faceted comparative optimization,we strive to minimize the impact of the building on the natural space environment and maximize the benefits in the process of natural resource utilization.Through the example demonstration of this project,the feasibility of environmental co-physiology concept in external spatial planning is verified,and the important role of environmental symbiosis design concept in achieving sustainable development is demonstrated.
