摘　　要：近年来城市更新在各个城市如火如荼地开展,类型多种多样,综合起来总的感受是看起来很美,听起来很好,管起来很累,以湘潭“建设路”综合整治项目为例对城市更新的具体定位、设计策略、详细措施以及实施前后效果对比等方面进行初步探讨,以期能对综合整治类城市更新在具体操作指引层面有所借鉴。In recent years,urban renewal has been carried out in various cities with various types,the overall feeling is that it looks beautiful,sounds good,but manage it is very tired.Takes“Jianshe Road”in Xiangtan City comprehensive renovation project as an example to describe the specific position,design strategy,detail measures and the effect comparison before and after implementation are preliminary discussed,in order to have a relatively specific operation guidelines for the renewal of comprehensive renovation.
