摘 要:以南海某公建项目为例,通过分析识别出11个利益相关者,并利用问卷调查方法构建利益相关者网络。利用社会网络分析方法从整体网络和个体网络的角度识别出代建单位和设计单位为关键利益相关者。从项目建设单位及政府相关主管部门的角度提出针对性的管控措施,为南海某公建项目及其他大型公建项目的成功实施及利益相关者管理提供一定的参考。也为大型公建项目建设单位有限的管理资源投入方向提供参考依据。Taking a public construction project in Nanhai District as an example,11 stakeholders are identified through analysis,and a stakeholder network is constructed by questionnaire survey.Using the social network analysis method,the agent construction units and design units are identified as key stakeholders from the perspective of the whole network and individual network.This paper puts forward targeted control measures from the point of view of project construction units and relevant government departments in order to provide some reference for the successful implementation and stakeholder management of a public construction project and other large public construction projects in Nanhai District.It also provides reference for the investment direction of limited management resources of large public construction project construction units.
