摘  要:结合国内燃煤锅炉烟气氨法脱硫装置的设计特点和运行现状,从脱硫产品、生产技术、环境保护和资源利用等4个方面,分析了氨法脱硫技术的综合优势和存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法及建议。烟气氨法脱硫技术的综合优势主要体现在变废为宝、化害为利、低碳减排、生态环保,可再生利用硫、氨资源,符合循环经济、永续发展的国家战略,有利于实现碳达峰和碳中和的国家目标;存在的主要问题是氨的风险高、存在氨逃逸和气溶胶现象,但可通过强化过程管理、严控工艺指标、实施技术改造等措施,实现生态环保和安全生产。Combined with the design characteristics and operation status of domestic coal-fired boiler flue gas ammonia desulfurization unit, the comprehensive advantages and existing problems of ammonia desulfurization technology are analyzed from four aspects of desulfurization products, production technology, environmental protection and resource utilization, and the corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward. The comprehensive advantages of flue gas ammonia desulfurization technology are mainly reflected in turning waste into treasure, turning harm into benefit, low-carbon emission reduction, ecological environmental protection,renewable utilization of sulphur and ammonia resources, which is in line with the national strategy of circular economy and sustainable development, and is conducive to achieving the national goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization. The main problems are the high risk of ammonia, ammonia escape and aerosol phenomenon, but ecological environmental protection and safe production can be realized by strengthening process management, strictly controlling process indicators, implementing technical transformation and other measures.
