摘 要:对某公司炼厂干气取样分析得到主要有机硫的形态和含量,结合脱硫经验和分子结构设计的手段,设计一种具有较好有机硫脱除性能的溶剂配方。在相同的操作参数下,在实验室试验装置上将新开发的脱有机硫溶剂与现场应用的溶剂进行脱硫效果对比,新开发的溶剂有机硫脱除率提高50%以上,随着气液比降低,提高幅度可达68%。在工业装置上,新溶剂按旧溶剂质量的30%在线置换2次后,净化气总硫(ρ)从初始平均值299 mg/m^(3)下降至109~122 mg/m^(3),取得了明显的有机硫脱除效果。The main forms and contents of organic sulphur are obtained by sampling and analyzing the dry gas of a refinery of a company.Combined with the desulfurization experience and the means of molecular structure design,a solvent formula with better organic sulphur removal performance is designed.Under the same operating parameters,the desulfurization effect of the newly developed organic sulphur removal solvent is compared with that of the solvent used on site in the laboratory test device.The organic sulphur removal rate of the newly developed solvent is increased by more than 50%,and the increase range can reach 68%with the decrease of gas-liquid ratio.In industrial units,after the new solvent is replaced online twice according to 30%of the mass of the old solvent,the mass fraction of total sulphur of the purified gas is reduced.The initial average value decreased from 299 mg/m^(3) to 109~122 mg/m^(3),and obvious organic sulphur removal effect is achieved.
