摘　　要：介绍了瓮福化工公司800 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置干吸塔分酸器升级更新情况。更换为负压稳流均分新型分酸器后,减少了烟气水分含量及硫酸雾沫夹带,分酸均匀,干燥及吸收效果较好,满足生产工艺要求,具有良好的经济效益和环保效益。The upgrading and renewal of the acid distributor of the dry absorption tower of the 800 kt/a pyrite acid plant in Wengfu Chemical Company is introduced. After replacing with the new type of negative pressure and steady flow acid distributor, the moisture content of flue gas and the entrainment of sulphuric acid mist are reduced, the acid is evenly divided, the drying and absorption effect is good, which meets the requirements of production process, and has good economic and environmental benefits.
