摘　　要：介绍了安徽省司尔特肥业股份有限公司硫酸生产设备低成本修复与优化的实践经验。重点介绍了硫铁矿制酸装置电除雾器玻璃钢壳体补强修复方案、二吸塔后尾气切断阀简易组合为电动阀的实施方案,以及硫黄制酸装置钟罩阀的阀板修复方案和干燥塔分酸器的防腐蚀方案。The practical experience of low-cost repair and optimization of sulphuric acid production equipment in Anhui Sierte Fertilizer Co., Ltd. is introduced. The reinforcement and repair scheme of FRP shell of electric demister, the implementation scheme of simple combination of tail gas shut-off valve into electric valve behind the Second Absorption Tower in pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant and the repair scheme of valve plate of bell jar valve, the anti-corrosion scheme of acid separator in drying tower in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant are mainly introduced.
