摘 要:目前,涉及变电站蓄电池室的设计和施工规范中大部分都提出了各种各样的防爆要求,其余少部分虽然排除了阀控式电池,但也只是笼统地下了定义,缺乏细致分析。对此,笔者梳理了变电站内应用的电池种类,分析了相关国标的排放指标,收集了电池厂家的详细数据和国网公司有关运维方面的规章制度,得出了阀控式电池室无需采用防爆措施的结论,并提出了降低电气设备安装高度和增加时间继电器控制风机的优化设计方案。At present,all kinds of explosion-proof requirements are put forward in most of the design and construction specifications of substation battery room.Although a small number of specifications exclude valve controlled sealed battery,they only have a general definition and lack of detailed analysis.In this regard,this paper combs the types of batteries used in the substation,analyzes the emission indicators of relevant national standards,collects the detailed data of battery manufacturers and the rules and regulations on operation and maintenance of State Grid Company,and comes to the conclusion that the valve controlled sealed battery room does not need explosion-proof measures,and puts forward the optimal design of reducing the installation height of electrical equipment and increasing the time relay control fan So that the relevant design,construction personnel and the personnel of the drawing review company can reach a better agreement and carry out the work smoothly.
