摘  要:腐植酸含量是铅酸蓄电池用腐植酸产品中最重要的技术指标,而容量法中碳系数的确定是影响着腐植酸产品中腐植酸含量准确性的关键因素。笔者在阐述腐植酸来源、性能及其在铅酸蓄电池作用机理的基础上,着重分析了行业标准HG/T 3589—1999中残渣法(仲裁法)和容量法的利弊。根据国内铅酸蓄电池用腐植酸的实际情况,建议将残渣法作为唯一的腐植酸含量的官方强制性检测法和仲裁法,而将容量法作为企业内部监控和检测腐植酸含量的参考方法。不设定通用的碳系数,企业可以自行利用残渣法推导出特定腐植酸原料或产品的腐植酸碳系数。同时,讨论了辅料规范中修订腐植酸水含量的重要意义。The content of humic acid is the most important technical index of humic acid products used in lead-acid batteries,and the determination of carbon coefficient in capacity method is the key factor affecting the accuracy of humic acid content in humic acid products.Based on the origin,properties and mechanism of humic acid in lead-acid battery,the advantages and disadvantages of residue method(arbitration method)and capacity method in HG/T 3589—1999 are emphatically analyzed.According to the actual situation of humic acid used in lead-acid batteries in China,it is suggested that residue method be used as the only official mandatory humic acid content detection method and arbitration method,and capacity method be used as the reference method for internal monitoring and detection of humic acid content in enterprises.Instead of setting a general carbon coefficient,enterprises can use the residue method to deduce the carbon coefficient of specific humic acid raw materials or products.At the same time,the significance of revising the water content of humic acid in excipient specification is discussed.
