分析消渴病痹症足浴方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究分析对糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用消渴病痹症足浴方配合胰岛素、营养神经等方法进行治疗对患者的临床症状治疗改善的作用。方法选取2017年8月—2020年8月碧江区人民医院确诊的402例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,对其进行分组观察疗效。治疗组202例患者采用消渴病痹症足浴方+胰岛素、营养神经以及循环改善治疗;对照组200例患者采用常规治疗干预。对比分析两组患者接受治疗第2周、第4周后的临床症状改善状况、受损神经的恢复情况、不良反应发生率、以及预后的生活质量改善情况。结果治疗组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组患者,且治疗组患者的神经恢复情况优于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且不良反应发生率低于对照组(5.0%vs 14.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.462,P<0.05);且治疗组患者在接受干预后的生活质量情况相较于对照组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者采用消渴病痹症足浴方进行治疗干预可以有效提升治疗效果并改善临床症状及预后生活质量,且患者的不良反应较少,安全性更高,值得进行推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Xiaokebingbizheng Foot Bath Recipe combined with insulin and nutrient nerves on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in improving their clinical symptoms.Methods A total of 402 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy diagnosed in Bijiang District People's Hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the study objects,and divided into groups to observe the efficacy.202 patients in treatment group were treated with Xiaokebingbizheng Foot Bath Recipe+insulin,nourishing nerves and improving circulation.200 patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment intervention.Comparative analysis of the improvement of clinical symptoms,the recovery of damaged nerves,the incidence of adverse reaction,and the improvement of prognostic quality of life between the two groups of patients after the second weeks and fourth weeks of treatment.Results The length of hospitalization in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the neurological recovery in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the treatment efficiency was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of control group(5.0%vs 14.5%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.462,P<0.05).The quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes mellitus and peripheral neuropathy,Xiaokebingbizheng Foot Bath Decoction can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of the quality of life.In addition,patients have fewer adverse reactions and higher safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
