卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对慢性荨麻疹采用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗的临床效果。方法选取医院2020年1—12月诊治的慢性荨麻疹患者80例,按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=40)采用盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,研究组(n=40)则在对照组的基础上联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效,检测患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平,比较患者免疫功能,并采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评价患者的睡眠质量。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%,大于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平分别为(65.03±5.10)%、(39.28±3.54)%、(1.49±0.28),均高于对照组;PSQI指数在入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、睡眠质量、日间障碍方面评分分别为(0.67±0.24)分、(0.71±0.23)分、(0.82±0.20)分、(0.58±0.24)分、(0.54±0.24)分、(0.71±0.17)分、(0.70±0.22)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.382、6.601、3.570、4.356、4.210、3.037、4.198、3.786、3.475、3.995,P<0.05)。结论对慢性荨麻疹患者在盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗基础上联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液干预可提高临床疗效,有利于改善机体免疫功能,能够有效提高患者的睡眠质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 80 patients with chronic urticaria in the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets,and the study group(n=40)was treated with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))before and after treatment were detected.The immune function of patients was compared,and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of patients.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the study group after treatment were(65.03±5.10)%,(39.28±3.54)%and(1.49±0.28),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group.The scores of PSQI index in sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,sleep quality and daytime disorders were(0.67±0.24)points,(0.71±0.23)points,(0.82±0.20)points,(0.58±0.24)points,(0.54±0.24)points,(0.71±0.17)points and(0.70±0.22)points,which were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=4.382,6.601,3.570,4.356,4.210,3.037,4.198,3.786,3.475,3.995,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic urticaria,the treatment of levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the immune function of the body,and effectively improve the sleep quality of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
