摘　　要：RCEP的签署为成员国的贸易发展提供了重要机遇。以印度尼西亚为例,基于TiVA发布的最新数据(2021版),利用附加值贸易的方法测算印尼在全球价值链(GVC)中的国际分工地位,并与RCEP主要成员国进行比较,分析其变化机制。整体上看,印尼在GVC中的参与程度较低,但参与地位处于中游水平;制造业的GVC参与程度适中,参与地位较低,但呈上游化的发展趋势;细分行业中,知识密集型制造业如电气及光学设备制品的参与程度最高,资本技术密集型行业如食品、饮料及烟草制造业所处的地位最高;中国是印尼整体和制造业出口贸易附加值来源第一的RCEP成员国。The signing of RCEP provides important opportunities for the trade development of member states.Taking Indonesia as an example,and based on the latest data released by TiVA(2021 edition),this paper uses the method of value-added trade to measure the international division of labor status of Indonesia in the Global value chain,and compares it with major RCEP members to analyze its change mechanism.The results show that the participation degree of Indonesia’s overall trade in global value chain is low,but its participation status is high,which is mainly reflected by the increasing proportion of domestic value added of indirect exports and the decreasing proportion of foreign value added.In terms of manufacturing industry,Indonesia has a moderate degree of participation in the global value chain,and its participation status is low,but it also presents a trend of upstream development.The labor-intensive manufacturing industry has the highest status and the participation degree of knowledge-intensive industry is the highest.China is the largest RCEP member country in terms of added value of Indonesia’s overall and manufacturing exports.
