摘 要:【目的】试验探究膨化大豆替代鱼粉对体质量为(75.0±4.3)g杂交鲟(Acipenser schrenckii♀×A.baerii♂)消化系统组织结构和消化酶活性的影响。【方法】分别以100%(G1)、75%(G2)、50%(G3)、25%(G4)和0%(G5)的膨化大豆替代鱼粉,配制成5种等氮等能饲料。杂交鲟饲养于室内水族箱(220 L)中,饲喂6周。【结果】膨化大豆部分或者全部替代鱼粉对杂交鲟中肠、瓣肠、幽门盲囊、胃中的蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶的活性影响均不显著(P<0.05);与对照组(G5)相比,其他组中杂交鲟消化系统中的蛋白酶及脂肪酶活性有所下降,淀粉酶活性升高。高比例替代鱼粉水平(75%和100%)时,杂交鲟的肠道组织结构完整性受到破坏,微绒毛排列不规律,边缘模糊,肠道褶皱变稀疏且宽度较大,部分褶皱受到破坏。【结论】膨化大豆高比例替代鱼粉时对杂交鲟消化系统中消化酶活性影响不显著,但会破坏肠道组织结构的完整性。[Objective]This study investigated the effects of replacing fish meal with extruded soybean on the tissue structure of digestive system and digestive enzyme activity of hybrid sturgeon with an average weight of(75.0±4.3)g.[Method]Five types of isonitrogenous and isoenergetic feeds were prepared by replacing fish meal with 100%(G1),75%(G2),50%(G3),25%(G4)and 0%(G5)extruded soybean,respectively.The hybrid sturgeon was reared in an indoor aquarium(220 L)for 6 weeks.[Result]The results showed that partial or complete replacement of fish meal with extruded soybean exterted no significant effects on the activity of protease,lipase and amylase in the midgut,valvula intestine,pyloric caecum,stomach of hybrid sturgeon(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(G5),the activity of protease and lipase in the treatment groups decreased,while the amylase activity increased.When fish meal levels were replaced with a high level of extruded soybean(75%and 100%),the structural integrity of the intestine was destroyed,the microvilli were irregularly arranged,the edges were blurred,the intestinal folds became thinner and wider,and part of the folds were damaged.[Conclusion]The replacement of fish meal with a high level of extruded soybean has no significant effect on the digestive enzyme activity in the digestive system of hybrid sturgeon,however,the integrity of intestinal tissue structure was damaged.
