摘  要:传统单轴和双轴玉米秸秆还田机切碎后秸秆呈丝条状,无法实现切段精细还田,阻碍下茬作物播种和出苗。针对这些问题,设计了4JS220型玉米秸秆切段还田机,采用双轴切碎,前切碎为锤爪粉碎器,后切碎为滚筒式切碎器,可实现玉米秸秆切段还田。田间试验表明,该机切段平均长度30.4 mm,留茬平均高度39.1 mm,秸秆粉碎长度合格率93.3%,秸秆抛撒不均匀度11.3%,纯生产率0.333 hm^(2)/(m·h)。样机各项指标均达到或超过国家标准要求,满足设计与使用要求。Traditional single-axis and double-axis corn straw choppers cut the straw into strips,which cannot be returned to the field after cutting and hinder the next crop sowing and seeding emergence.The 4JS220 type of corn straw segment chopper is designed to solve these problems.The double-shaft chopper is used,the front chopper is hammer-claw chopper,and the back chopper is roller chopper,which can realize the corn straw cutting and returning to the field.The field test showed that the average length of the cutting section,the average stubble height,the qualified rate of straw crushing length,the nonuniformity of straw throwing and the pure productivity are 30.4 mm,39.1 mm,93.3%,11.3% and 0.333 hm^(2)/(m·h)respectively,which meet the design and application requirement.
