摘  要:为了制定最优的后桥总成动平衡采集策略,以某款后桥平台产品为研究对象,开展系统的对比试验研究及试验验证工作。简析现场动平衡的计算原理,并针对采集策略研究设计了一套试验方案。对比后桥总成的2种安装方法,选定无输入端安装状态。对比不同质量的首次施加配重,证明试重质量对结果影响可以忽略,优先选择较小试重。对比6种试重相位,发现相位变化对初始不平衡量相位的检测值的影响较大且无法避免,因此默认选择0°。对比4种测试转速,发现初始不平衡量随测试转速的增加而变大,确定幅值变化敏感度最大的转速点并优先选择。对比垂直和水平两个测点随试重相位、测试转速的变化,发现垂直测点的结果更稳定、差距更小。基于上述研究制定最优采集策略,并对样桥进行动平衡校正,使样桥的不平衡量显著下降,噪声振动幅值明显降低。In order to develop the optimal acquisition strategy for dynamic balance of rear axle assembly,a rear axle platform product was taken as the research object to carry out systematic comparative test research and test verification.Firstly,the calculation principle of field dynamic balance was briefly analyzed,and a comprehensive test scheme was designed for the study of acquisition strategy.Then the two installation methods of rear axle unit were compared,and the installation state without input was selected.By comparing the first applied counterweight of different masses,it was proved that the effect of test weight on the results could be ignored,and the smaller test weight was preferred.Further by comparing the influence of six test weight phases on the detected value of the initial unbalance phase,it was found that the influence was large and unavoidable,so 0°was selected by default.After that,compared with the four test speeds,the initial unbalance increased with the increase of the test speed.The speed point with the greatest sensitivity to amplitude change was determined and selected first.At last compared with vertical and horizontal measurement points,the results of vertical measurement points were more stable and the difference was smaller with the change of test phase and test speed.Finally,the unbalance of the sample piece was reduced and the amplitude of noise and vibration was obviously reduced.
