摘 要:研究了车辆起步抖动问题的发生原因,并对优化方案进行验证。通过对动力总成和传动轴刚体进行模态试验、整车模态试验、动力系统及整车振动试验,结合理论分析,确定问题发生原因为传动轴的二阶力激起了动力总成Y向刚体模态,引起整车左右抖动;传动轴二阶力激起整车一阶扭转模态引起整车上下抖动。优化方案验证结果显示,将后传动轴由二段轴更换为一段轴后,该问题消失;提高变速器悬置刚度可明显改善抖动程度。This paper mainly studies the cause of vehicle start shudder problem and verification of the optimization schemes.Through the powertrain and the propeller shaft rigid body modal test,the whole vehicle modal test,the powertrain and the vehicle vibration test,combined with the theoretical analysis,determine the true reasons of the problem are:the second-order force of the propeller shaft excites the Y direction rigid body mode of powertrain,causing the vehicle to shake from left to right;the second-order force of the propeller shaft excites the first torsion mode of the vehicle,causing the vehicle to shake from up to down.The result of the verification of the optimization schemes shows that,when the rear propeller shaft is replaced from two-section to one-section,the problem disappears;improving the stiffness of transmission mount can obviously improve the shudder.
