摘 要:针对车床钣金外壳传统设计建模过程繁复,存在重复劳动,且不利于与CAPP系统集成的问题,通过对大量车床钣金外壳实例进行特征分析总结,绘制各种常见零件或特征的参数示意图,建立实例特征库。同时基于AutoCAD和.net平台,利用Visual C#和SQL server数据库,二次开发出车床钣金外壳快速设计系统。系统参照参数示意图,在人机交互界面输入或修改参数,实现参数化绘图。并将参数保存至数据库,相关联参数和特征进行绑定,使参数设计更加合理便捷。该系统能够减少车床钣金外壳设计过程中的重复劳动,提高设计效率,有利于与CAPP系统集成。In view of the traditional design and modeling process of lathe sheet metal shell,there is a problem of duplication of labor,and it is not conducive to integration with the CAPP system.Through the feature analysis and summary of a large number of lathe sheet metal shell examples,the parameter diagrams of various common parts or features are drawn,and the example feature library is established.Meanwhile,based on AutoCAD and.net platform,using Visual C#and SQL server database,lathe sheet metal shell rapid design system is secondarily developed.The system refers to the parameter diagram,inputs or modifies the parameters in the human-computer interaction interface,and realizes parametric drawing.Save the parameters into the database,and bind the associated parameters and features,so that the parameter design is more reasonable and simple.The system can reduce the repetitive work in the design process of the sheet metal shell of the lathe,effectively improve the design efficiency,and is beneficial to the integration with the CAPP system.
