摘 要:为提高永磁同步电机的驱动性能,对永磁同步直线电机的推力波动特性进行分析,提出减小推力波动的有效措施。采用有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell建立开放式槽、半封闭槽、全封闭槽的PMSLM二维仿真模型,对不同齿形的PMSLM的磁力线分布、平均推力、齿槽力、推力波动进行了分析比较。结果表明,相对于开放式槽和全封闭槽,采用半封闭槽的初级侧可使PMSLM的平均推力提高并降低推力波动,改善其输出特性。In order to improve the driving performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor,it is necessary to analyze the thrust fluctuation characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,and put forward effective measures to reduce the thrust fluctuation.Finite element analysis method was used to establish PMSLM 2D simulation models of open slot,semi-closed slot and fully closed slot by using finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell.The magnetic force line distribution,average thrust,cogging force and thrust fluctuation of PMSLM with different tooth shapes were analyzed and compared.The results show that the average thrust of PMSLM can be increased and the thrust fluctuation can be reduced by using semi-closed groove compared with open groove and fully closed groove,and the output characteristics of PMSLM can be improved.
