摘 要:旅游数字足迹已成为分析旅游景区形象感知的重要手段。以网络平台上包括文本和照片在内的游客感知评价为素材,分析常州淹城野生动物世界的旅游形象感知,结果表明:丰富多样的野生动物资源、特色突出的互动与主题表演活动是对其旅游形象的总体感知;周末以及各类节假日为游客出游的偏好期,出游形式以亲子及自驾游为主,亲近自然、缓解压力、学习动物相关知识是主要出游动机;游客的情感体验总体偏向积极,但同时也存在少数消极情感,原因主要有园区的拥堵、餐厅食品安全与价格的不合理、厕所环境问题等。今后,园区应不断完善配套服务设施,建设智慧旅游景区,开发更多体验类项目,合理调整各项收费,提高园区游玩性价比。Tourism digital footprint has become an important means to analyze the image perception of tourist attractions.Using online perception evaluation including text and photos as material,this paper analyzed the tourism image perception of Changzhou Yancheng Safari Park.The results show that the overall perception of the park involves its rich diversity of wildlife resources as well as its distinctive interactions and theme performances;weekends and holidays are the preferred periods for tourists who are mostly parents with children driving on their own and whose main motives for travel are to commune with nature,relief stress and learn about animals;although tourists’emotional experience is generally positive,there is little negative affect owing to crowdedness of the park,insecurity and unreasonable prices of food offered in restaurants,unsatisfactory conditions of toilets,etc.To make the park tour very good value for money,the park from now on should steadily improve its supporting facilities,change itself into a smart tourist attraction,develop more experience projects,and readjust prices to a reasonable degree.
