摘  要:在半导体厂房特殊环境中,常见的环境监测系统在组网上存在布线不合理的问题,导致系统在遭遇大量障碍物时信号幅度被衰减,信号穿透性比较差。针对这一问题,提出基于LoRa技术的半导体厂房环境实时监测系统设计。在硬件设计上,利用LoRa技术原有的硬件结构中接入射频模块,在厂房内配置温湿度传感器、PM2.5传感器,设计监测终端采集环境传感器数据,在射频模块的支持下实现无线传输;在软件设计上,从工作频率、传输类型、协议参数上设计LoRa协议栈,并配置载波频率,实现监测指令的传输,同时设计随机数序列,用于保证传输过程中的监测数据安全。实验结果表明,设计的基于LoRa技术的环境监测系统面对大量障碍物时信号强度高,监测节点剩余能量均方差小,信号穿透性更强。In the special environment of semiconductor plant,the common environmental monitoring system has the problem of unreasonable wiring on the network,which leads to the signal amplitude attenuation and poor signal penetration when the system encounters a large number of obstacles.To solve this problem,a real-time monitoring system for semiconductor plant environment based on LoRa technology is proposed.In terms of hardware design,radio frequency modules are connected to the original hardware structure of LoRa technology,temperature and humidity sensors and PM2.5 sensors are configured in the factory building,and the monitoring terminal is designed to collect environmental sensor data and realize wireless transmission with the support of radio frequency modules.In terms of software design,LoRa protocol stack is designed from working frequency,transmission type and protocol parameters,carrier frequency is configured to realize the transmission of monitoring instructions,and random number sequence is designed to ensure the security of monitoring data during transmission.Experimental results show that the designed environmental monitoring system based on LoRa technology has high signal intensity when facing a large number of obstacles,small mean square error of residual energy of monitoring nodes,and stronger signal penetration.
